✍️Create Lend offer
To Lend out a certain amount of principal as a loan, Lenders are required to create a loan offer by signing and approving a set of predetermined loan terms needed to be met and countersigned by borrowers.
Benefits of creating a Lend loan offer.
Borrowers can borrow from offers permissionlessly once loan terms are met.
Earn emissions on your idle principal while waiting for a borrower match.
Receive loan requests on created offer.
Follow the procedures below to create a Lend Loan offer:
Go to Portfolio/My lends to Click on the Create Offer button.
On Clicking the Create Offer button, user is prompted to determine terms consisting of , , , , y inputs.
On filling in the terms, User can click on the Create button to proceed.
Note: Offer expiry time duration on a lend offer cannot exceed 7 Days, Lend offer owners are require to re-activate offers after every expiry to keep it active for other borrowers to discover.
Confirm and Approve Lend Loan terms to proceed.
Offer Created page, Click on the Go to Offer button to view the offer created.
Page for the Lend Loan offer created. Click on the Manage Offer Button to manage loan.
